I’m Rachel Garrett, a registered nurse, intuitive, Akashic Record practitioner, energy healer, speaker, and host of Spiritual Spotlight Series.
My work brings together more than two decades of clinical experience with soul-level guidance, energy healing, and grounded spiritual conversation.
I believe spiritual healing does not have to feel heavy, intimidating, or out of reach. It can be compassionate, honest, joyful, and deeply human.
Through 1:1 sessions, Akashic Records classes, podcast conversations, and talks for women, I help people reconnect with their intuition, release what feels heavy, and move forward with more clarity, confidence, and trust in themselves.
